In less than a week and much to my surprise, "Everybody Boom" raked in over 1,000 views. So today I respond by releasing a second Fallout 3 gameplay video, "Damage Undone". Footage, editing, and soundtrack by yours truly. Fallout 3: "Damage Undone"

Fallout 3 Video: "Everybody Boom" |
Sunday, 09 November 2008 |
Fallout 3 has been slurping up my free time since launch day (Fallout 2 was my long-term high school guilty pleasure), and after capturing a bunch of video in Fraps, the time came to try and make something in the way of a gameplay-slash-music-video... so here it is, in two versions. Color-Changing Throwies are Cooler than Ninja Rabbits |
Monday, 30 June 2008 |
Now that Throwies and Salvies are kicking some keister in the shop, I thought I'd add a new flavor of Throwies all together - Color-changing Throwies! These work just like regular throwies, except the light will rotate between red, blue, and green before blinking through these colors several times and fading back again! I've had one of these stuck to my fridge for the last week, and it's still glowing and blinking! Check out their page in the shop to see a video of one in action! |

Magnetic, flingable graffiti |
Monday, 23 June 2008 |
A new era in graffiti is here - LED Throwies are a sweet new way to interest and annoy people - turn your fridge face into a giant Lite Brite. Fling one against the side of a metal building and it'll be visible in the dark for days. Gussy up the cash register at work. As long as there's a metal surface, you can light it. Each pack of throwies contains 10 large LEDs, 10 Lithium batteries (no dangerous heavy metals!), and 10 freakystrong rare earth magnets. Available in green, red, and yellow! These little boogers will stay brightly lit for at least 4 days, and will remain visible in the dark for up to a week more! For the full skinny and ordering, hit the image below or go to the Mischief section of the shop! |

Zombie Gear: Medkit with Anti-Bite Serum Now Available |
Friday, 06 June 2008 |
The votes were in, and the time had come to introduce Phreque's flagship Zombie Defense gear . Available starting today is an actual ready-to-use medkit in a reusable metal case with anti-bite "serum" for worst case scenarios involving getting chomped by the shambling undead. Oh, and it's blacklight responsive. Click any of the faux ads below for full-size images, and remember - it's always better to be safe than zombie. Alternatively, go straight to this item in the shop!

USB Nintendo Controllers Displayed in Toy Joy Booth at Rare Magazine's "Rarest of Them All" Event |
Monday, 02 June 2008 |
Many thanks to Rare Magazine for voting Toy Joy "Best toy store in Austin" (you gonna call them wrong?) and for throwing one hell of a party, and also to Toy Joy for putting NES USB controllers on display! Guests were encouraged to flop into enormous Fatboy beanbag chairs, grab a stick, and game like kids. Also thanks to the cute bartender half a level above who kept me liquored up for a good chunk of the evening. There's nothing like seeing both kids and middle aged folk bliss out with the original Super Mario Brothers. It fairly brings tears to my eyes. One little fella was so over the moon about Mario that he got a super mushroom and "Mario" face paint at another booth after playing.. that makes him instantly a-OK in my book. Everyone digs Mario. Everyone. This kid pwnz. I'd be doing this if I were his age too. Oh wait... |
