LED throwies, for the uninitiated, are an LED and magnet glued to a battery. "What the hell would I want that for?" I hear you ask. There are tons of excuses to use these! Here be a few of them.
- Whip them onto the inside of your garage roof and make starlights.
- Tack them to your car like u.f.o. lights and drive around town at night with your head out the window and making spooky alien noises.
- Use one to stick a note to the fridge - lights get attention, yo.
- They stick to office buildings. Like lighted graffiti. Not that I know anything about that. Better still, they'll stay brightly lit for around 4 days, and will be visible in the dark for up to 4 more! Additionally, if they get left outside it's no problem - the lithium-ion batteries contain no harmful compounds. Each set contains 10 10mm LEDs (select color below), 10 lithium batteries, 10 very strong rare-earth magnets, and superglue.
